As of today I have successfully completed 18 consecutive days of dieting and tracking my food in the LoseIt app. I don’t know how or where the motivation came from, but I am really proud of myself. The only thing I am struggling with is HOW BADLY I WANT PIZZA. You don’t really notice how pizza is everywhere until you can’t eat it. It’s all over the internet, it’s on every commercial break, you see the delivery drivers while out and about. It’s the worst.
On the plus side, I do feel like I can see the weight loss. I told myself I wouldn’t weigh myself until day 30 because I thought my starting weight would discourage me. It’ll be nice to know numbers, but for now it’s nice that there is a visible difference.
